It offers VERY LIMITED help. ProCon is good at what it does for people who want themselves protected or those who don't know much about computers -- but ANY kid with an ounce of computer savvy can simply use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox -- or get Chrome or Opera and totally bypass Firefox and ProCon. CyberSitter is very, very good, although there is a modest price. Pros: Blocks words, bad sites, has whitelist and blacklist, and is customizable. Good to prevent accidentally stumbling onto a bad site. Cons: Will NOT stop someone who really WANTS to visit a restricted site.
